After a ton of searching for an adjustable 3va scope, I settled with the dialed over the other brands and I don't regret it in the slightest. Also, it's the best looking sight on the market bar none. The sight feels premium in every sense in every way. I was a little worried about the level being on top but you get used to it fast. My only knit pick is since it's up and out of the way I do wish it was a little bigger. Other than that I absolutely love this sight. However, what compelled me to write a review wasn't the sight itself but the customer service I've experienced with Dialed.
After placing my order and waiting for my sight to be built I had a whim to switch a color. I emailed them to see if it was possible and within a couple hours boom done, no hassle. Once I got my sight mounted on my new bows pic mount (Tri-tech 35), I was having issues sighting in. My windage was maxed to the left and my arrows were still hitting about 9 inches left at 20 yards. I felt a kind of despair. I worked hard to piece out my dream bow and thought to myself I had just made a 600 dollar mistake. The staff at my local shop were kind of talking crap like "yeah that's why we only sell the sights we sell". I emailed dialed and explained the problem. Within 20 minutes I received a reply. The rep said this was a known issue on some pic mounted bows because the original pic mount design is for a certain riser (I think they said Hoyt?) but I don't remember. Anyway they said they're working on a new pic mount that will fix my problem that's a couple weeks out and they'll send it to me free of charge. That was all that was necessary to fix my issue, BUT then they went above and beyond. The rep said to keep you shooting in the mean time we're also going to send you a dovetail mount that should fix the problem until you get your new pic mount. So in 20 minutes Dialed is now sending me 200ish worth of extras and taking the shipping hit for me just so they can make it right. I have never experienced such awesome people in a company before. In a day and age where customer service is a lost art and I've come to expect the worst. Dialed has reminded me of what taking care of the customer looks like. This sight kicks ass, the team kicks ass. Thanks dialed, you have yet another loyal customer.
