About Us: At Dialed Archery, our main objective is to be a company that produces high-quality products for the archer who deserves it. We are hunters first and owners second. If it doesn't impress us, it's not being made available to you. American made, quality driven, and innovative.

Position Overview: We are in search of individuals interested in general assembly and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and self-motivated. Our assembly process involves multiple tasks in the creation of complete bow sights. Learning quickly, keeping track of build orders and working together as a team is a must. You will join a team of driven individuals that make up our team at Dialed; we are focused on building the best products possible for the archery community, while having fun doing it. 

Key Responsibilities: General assembly of components needed for Dialed products. 

Qualifications:

• No requirements needed for higher education.
• Must be able to work at Dialed Headquarters (Cold Spring, MN)
• Mechanically inclined traits are necessary. General tool use takes place daily.
