LIFETIME WARRANTY

We will repair or replace your Dialed Archery® product in the event it becomes damaged or defective—at no charge to you. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.

Nope! We strive to make our lifetime warranty easier to use so the customer doesn't have to jump through hoops to get a replacement.

Absolutely not, we will replace products that are defective or simply break during normal use.

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.

Yes, our lifetime warranty is fully transferrable.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers all of our sights and sight accessories. It does not cover our lifestyle products (shirts, headwear, stickers, and drinkware).

SHIPPING POLICY

We can ship to all 50 states in the United States.

We work around the clock to ship orders out within 48 hours after purchase.

It's important to note that at this moment, a lot of our products are PRE-ORDER items. We are working to assemble and ship these by summer of 2022.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have up to 30 days to return a product for a full refund. If the product is damaged/broken on arrival, we will replace it ASAP.
