If you’ve been with us for a while, you know Dialed Archery didn’t start in a big, polished facility. It started the way a lot of great things do—tight space, long hours, and a clear vision.
Back in the early days, we were building this brand out of Taylor’s parents’ garage. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was ours. Every product, every idea, every late night was fueled by a belief that we could create something better for hunters who demand more. That garage wasn’t just a starting point—it was the proving ground.
In January of 2023, we took our first big leap and moved into our own standalone building in Richmond, Minnesota. At the time, it felt like a huge step forward—and it was. More space, more capability, and a chance to grow into the kind of operation we had been working toward. But growth has a funny way of speeding things up.
Before we knew it, we were outgrowing that space.
So in January of 2024, we made another move—this time to our current facility in Cold Spring, Minnesota. This shop represents more than just square footage. It’s a reflection of the work that’s been put in, the momentum we’ve built, and the direction we’re headed. Every corner of this place has a purpose, and every piece of it is designed to help us continue building at a higher level.
But the real story isn’t just the buildings—it’s the people.
The Dialed Crew continues to grow, and we’re damn proud of the team we’ve built. This group shows up, puts in the work, and pushes the brand forward every single day. From product development to fulfillment, from customer support to content, this team is what makes Dialed what it is.
