PROMOTION PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins on 2/11/2026 at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time and ends on 8/15/2026 at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
ELIGIBILITY Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (excluding Florida and New York) who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Participants must be legally eligible to obtain a hunting license and legally permitted to possess a firearm or archery equipment under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, the outfitter, and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER
- FREE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter without purchase, visit: https://dialedarchery.com/pages/hunt-giveaway and follow instructions to complete the form. Each unique, valid submission will receive one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of times an individual may enter via this method.
- ONLINE & IN-PERSON PURCHASE BONUS ENTRIES: Eligible purchases made at www.dialedarchery.com earn bonus entries as follows: ten (10) bonus entries for every ten dollars ($10.00) spent, excluding taxes and shipping.
IMPORTANT: Contestants must be registered for the sweepstakes via the official entry form prior to the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible for bonus entries earned through purchases. There is no limit to the number of bonus entries an individual may earn.
ENTRY CONDITIONS
- Entries are tied to a single individual and email address.
- Refunds or cancelled orders will result in the immediate forfeiture of associated bonus entries.
- Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, website crashes, or lost internet connections that prevent a user from submitting an entry or completing a purchase.
- Any attempts to use "bot" services or automated scripts to generate entries may result in disqualification at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
PRIZE AND ARV ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 5-day guided mule deer hunt. (ARV: $12,750). Prize is non-transferable; no cash redemption or substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the hunt becomes unavailable due to state regulations or unforeseen circumstances.
WINNER SELECTION & VERIFICATION Potential winner will be selected via random drawing on or about August 22, 2026. If a potential winner is found to be legally ineligible to hunt, possess a weapon, or fails a required background check, they will be disqualified without compensation and an alternate winner will be selected. Potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or the prize is forfeited.
TAXES & LICENSING Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes (including IRS Form 1099) and for all costs associated with hunting licenses, tags, and travel not explicitly listed as "Included."
RELEASE OF LIABILITY By entering, participants release Sponsor and Outfitter from any and all liability for injuries, death, or property damage resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or the hunt. Participants acknowledge that hunting is an inherently dangerous activity.
DISPUTES Class Action Waiver: Participants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues shall be governed by the laws of Minnesota.
